| As Christian educators, it can feel challenging to live out our faith openly, but finding a community of believers within our schools can make all the difference. Proverbs 27:17 tells us, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” By coming together, we sharpen one another with God’s Word, encourage boldness, and hold each other accountable to carry the Kingdom of Heaven into our schools. Whether through prayer walks, small groups, or intentional connections, we can create spaces where God’s presence can move powerfully in our educational environments. A Call to Unite and Transform Several of you have sent me your testimonies of how God has activated community among your colleagues following our October Wichita Lift Dinner. Some have reported starting regular prayer gatherings. Others are now recognizing who the other Believers are on your campuses! Your intentionality to connect with other Christian Educators is powerful because you’re not only able to encourage one another, but you can begin dreaming with God about what’s possible TOGETHER. A Deep Need To Belong Are you longing for community with the other Christians at your school? Maybe you don’t know if anyone else loves Jesus, or the Christians you know don’t seem ‘serious’… Don’t discount what God is doing in their hearts!
When we unite as Kingdom-minded educators, we become agents of transformation, bringing hope and light into our classrooms and communities. |
