About Our Founder
Hi I’m Jesica Glover
I never planned to be a teacher. Though others said I would excel, I dreamed of being a missionary. But God placed me strategically in public schools, where I discovered my true calling: to be a Kingdom carrier, a missionary within my classroom.
My first years teaching were challenging, filled with a lack mentality and overwhelm, until mentorship and a shift in perspective revealed my Kingdom identity. I realized I could walk in authority as Christ’s ambassador, set the atmosphere, and speak life into my students’ destinies. This transformation inspired my book “Speaking Words of Life in Your Classroom” and the creation of Kingdom Educators.
What We Do
Kingdom Educators partners with churches, schools, and educators to help Christian teachers embrace their Heavenly calling so that they can bring hope, joy, and lasting change to their classrooms and in their students’ lives. We offer:

Our mission is to help Christian teachers move from exhaustion to empowerment by:
- Embracing their Kingdom identity as children of God seated in heavenly places.
- Accessing Spirit-led wisdom and strategies for teaching, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Speaking life into students and classrooms through words, prayer, and influence.
- Sustaining their calling with joy, confidence, and peace.

Walking in the Opposite Spirit
Spring 2024
I could not stop thinking about her reaction to my request. I think I am being warned, or even worse, threatened.
Fall 2024
By my third year of teaching, I started to fear that becoming a teacher was a huge mistake.
However, when an inner-city youth worker offered to mentor me, my perspective began to change along with the trajectory of my career.
Spring 2025
As I listened to teachers share, pray, and dream together, I realized this was the missing piece I’d been searching for. LIFT opened the door to true community.
