My Best “YES!”

3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:3-5
As we wrap up our series on healthy boundaries, it’s important to recognize our heart’s posture in allowing Jesus to have our complete devotion.

It’s our daily “YES” to Him that makes room to exchange our tendency to be our own solutionaries for allowing Jesus to be our LIGHT and LIFE (see John 1:3-5, 9). This exchange requires we let Jesus be our fountain source of ALL we have need of both at school and at home (see Psalm 87:7).

I invite you to:
Stay in constant communion throughout the day with Jesus– seeing Him WITH youCall upon Him because He “will tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3).
Stir up a heart of thanksgiving so you see Him for who He is as glorious King of your life. It’s reassuring to know He will be faithful to provide what we need in a moment’s notice. God will upgrade us as we lean into this healthy release of YES to Him alone, our best friend, teaching partner, curriculum creator, our King, etc…Giving Jesus your BEST YES so you can grab His higher way thinking and moves us from an earthly perspective to a Kingdom perspective; this changes everything. Praying for YOU,Jesica Glover
